Shipping Policy

IT-Sentry has several uses 3 ways to get the products to you:

Product Activation Codes for download of Retail and single licenses:

There is no physical shipping involved and there are no shipping charges

For new products, you will receive an email within a minute of the purchase with:
- Instructions on how to download/install the product
- The activation code(s) for the product

For renewal products, IT-Sentry or the manufacturer will send you the code(s) within one (1) business day.

Product Activation Codes for multi-user licenses:

There is no physical shipping involved and there are no shipping charges
For new and renewal products, you will receive an email from IT-Sentry or the manufacturer wiith the code(s) within two (2) business days.

Physical products such as boxes and disks:

IT-Sentry ships using USPS in the boxes below
or, we ship via your own specified shipper as indicated in your checkout
- You must provide the shipping company
- You must provide your shipping account.
